Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at usmanshoukatuknew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, skincare and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Do not send a return before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Original delivery charges are not refundable except where required by law.

We will inspect approved returns and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
