We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Standard delivery is free. Fast delivery costs £8. Fast delivery is free on UK orders of £50 or more and US orders of £60 or more.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days. Fast delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days. Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather and address issues can affect delivery times.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Where tracking is available, it will be sent after your order is dispatched.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are only possible before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, skincare and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

HOW DOES THE BUNDLE & SAVE OFFER WORK?
Eligible orders containing at least two products from the Bundle & Save Offers collection receive 10% off automatically. The offer cannot be combined with another discount.
